is a division of Surfing Circle based in Waterloo, Ontario, Canada.
Surfing Circle was founded in November 2000 with the goal of creating
an International network of websites that maintain optimum search
engine standings.
This service
was created so a select number of real estate agents could enjoy
the high level of Internet sales success our founder Russ Hunter,
a former real estate agent, enjoys. The knowledge of the essential
real estate website components combined with an established track
record equals success!
About Russ Hunter
I began studying
for my real estate license while in my last term at the University
of Waterloo. I started off at Royal LePage in Waterloo, Ontario
on December 1996 and in August of 1998, moved to 
the
local Remax office.
I loved real
estate but hated what I had to go through to get business. I tried
everything: FSBO's, expireds, special reports, etc. Getting business
wasn't a problem but I hated the way I had to go about it. Once
I learned how to master the search engines and use my computer to
generate leads, there was no more prospecting.
Buyers were
my main source of business and 80% came directly from my website.
I never advertised and rarely had listings so, if it weren't for
the search engines, I would have had to prospect. Instead, I generated
so many leads that I was able to choose who I wanted to work with
and demanded six month, 2% buyer contracts from everyone.
Last July, I
hung my license up and now pass my online leads to John Fishbein
who's a top producing real estate agent from my old office. I have
realized my dream -- selling real estate while sitting at home.
I now concentrate 100% on promoting real estate agents online so
that they can enjoy the same success.
