Usage Fees

Some Real Estate Machine CRM and communication services have usage-based charges in addition to your regular service fee. These charges are based on actual usage and are billed in U.S. dollars.

Rates shown are current as of September 2026 and may change as underlying provider rates change.

What Could a Month of Usage Look Like?

The individual usage rates are small, but they can be difficult to put into perspective. Here’s a simple example of what a month of CRM communication usage could look like.

1,000 SMS segments: $7.47

Carrier pass-through fees may apply to SMS and are not included in this example.

The exact per-unit rates for each communication category.

SMS

Per segment, inbound or outbound: $0.00747

Plus applicable carrier pass-through fees. Message length, special characters and emojis can increase the number of segments used by a message.

MMS

Outbound, per segment: $0.022
Inbound on local numbers, per segment: $0.0165
Inbound on toll-free numbers, per segment: $0.020

Additional carrier pass-through fees may apply.

Email

Per 1,000 emails: $0.675

Usage may include emails sent through workflows, campaigns and one-to-one conversations.

Phone Numbers

Local number, per month: $1.15
Toll-free number, per month: $2.15

Voice Calls

Outbound calls, per minute: $0.0166
Inbound calls answered through the web app, mobile app or supported desk phone, per minute: $0.01165
Inbound calls forwarded to another phone number, per minute: $0.020

Additional carrier or provider charges may apply depending on call type, destination and configuration.

Voice AI

Pay As You Go

Standard Voice AI processing starts at approximately $0.06 USD per minute, plus AI model usage and regular phone charges.

For a typical inbound call configuration, the combined base Voice AI processing and phone usage starts at approximately $0.07 USD per minute before AI model usage.

Actual costs can vary depending on the AI model, voice configuration and call type.

Voice AI Example

100 minutes of Voice AI answering calls could result in roughly $7–$10+ USD in pay-as-you-go usage, depending on the AI model, voice configuration and call type.

Higher Usage

Unlimited Voice AI usage option (higher-volume accounts): $97 USD/month

For higher-volume accounts, an unlimited Voice AI usage option may be available for $97 USD/month, subject to applicable terms and fair-use limits. Standard phone usage charges apply separately to Voice AI calls.
