I sometimes find it hard to connect with real estate agents on the phone to discuss our newsletter service. Great news though! I recently found a service called Calendly that I wanted to share with you as it’s made my life so much easier.
Real estate has always been a very personal business where phone calls work wonders. It’s easier said than done though as telephone tag can run rampant in this day and age.
To get started, just visit their website to create an account and then enter in the times when you’re able to chat. Once that’s done, you can share your link with anyone you wish to speak to and then they can select a matching time that works for them.
To avoid conflicts, Calendly integrates with Google Calendar so it only shows times when you’re available.
For instance, I play squash on Wednesday and Friday mornings but as long as it’s scheduled in my Google Calendar, it won’t offer those as possible talk times. Check out my Calendly page to see what I mean.
The standard version doesn’t cost a cent but there’s a paid version that offers additional features such as the ability to send reminders before your phone call takes place so you don’t get stood up.
This feature alone is worth the cost of the upgrade but you can always just start with the free version and then decide later on if it’s worth it.
Calendly instantly increased the number of clients I’ve been able to connect with and I think it’ll work wonders for you too!
For instance, after someone fills out a home evaluation request, you could redirect them to a page where they have the option to select a convenient time for a chat, without the worry of telephone tag. Let me know how it works out!
